1) How do I book a private tour with Otaheite Tours?
Click on the Book Now button located to the right side of that tour, complete the reservation form and hit the send button. The Reservation department will process the booking request and e-mail you your confirmation voucher and make the necessary follow-ups.

2) How do I pay for the service?
At Otaheite Tours Jamaica, paying for your tour or transfer is easy and can be done via credit card, debit card or cash if you are paying while in Jamaica. We accept major currencies such as USD, Pound Sterling, Canadian dollars and Euro.

3) Do I need to pay in Jamaican Dollars?
Absolutely not. We prefer USD, however we do accept CAD, Euro and Pound Sterling as well.

4) Is it a private Transportation service?
Yes, we do private transfer service.

5) Do you do shared service?
Yes, we do. We have both shared transportation service and private transportation service. For large groups, depending on the number of persons, the price could be more economical than that of the shared service.

6) How far in advance must I book?
At least two hours in advance, this is because of our services, both private and shared booking, however, we try at all times to accommodate last minute bookings.

7) What kind of vehicle will we be transported in?
We have a modern fleet of private cars, family size vans, mini vans and buses to include coaches all of which are clean, spacious and fully air-conditioned. The size of your group will determine the size vehicle dispatched to you.

8) Where does your tour start?
We will come and pick you up at your hotel lobby or your location of choice which will be on your transportation voucher.

9) What is your cancellation policy?
Otaheite Tours Jamaica has the best guest-friendly cancellation policy which is 100% refundable if the service is cancelled two (2) hours prior to service time.

10) Can we drink in the vehicle?
Yes, you can. Guests are allowed to drink and have a good and enjoyable time. Please note: The driver should at no time be drinking alcohol nor should the driver be offered alcohol by any guest.

11) Are there any more additional costs?
Absolutely not. There are no hidden fees, taxes or credit card processing fees.

12) Are your prices per vehicle or per person?
It depends, for 1 -3 passengers we charge per vehicle on private tours, then rates vary for each additional passenger. On shared service, it depends on the distance of the location travelling to or from.

13) Do you provide child seat on tours?
Yes, we certainly do, at no cost to you. Please make the request for an infant seat when booking your tour or transfer.

14) Can we combine tours?
Yes, you can. Please let us know your interest and we will try to see how possible it will be logistically.

15) Do you offer tours from Kingston hotels?
Yes, we do, hotels in Kingston are just 45-minutes away from Ocho Rios where you will find some of Jamaica’s best attractions like Dunns River Falls, Mystic Mountain, Blue Hole or White River rafting etc.

16) Does Otaheite Tours do pick-ups in Portland/Port Antonio?
Yes, certainly we do pick-ups both to and from Portland especially because our European guests love that side of the island.

17) Does Otaheite Tours do airport transfer from Kingston airport?
Yes, certainly, in fact we operate transportation service from both international airports: Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay and Norman Manley International Airport (NMIA) in Kingston.

18) Does Otaheite Tours do only hotel transfer?
Absolutely not. Otaheite Tours Jamaica provides transportation service all over the island, wherever you need to go on the island, as long as a road is there, we will take you there safely.

19) Do you provide tours for cruise ship passengers?
Yes, we do. In fact, we have created on our website, a page just for those cruise ship passengers who are normally short on time on their visit to the island.

20) Does Otaheite Tours offer tour excursions from all cruise ship ports in Jamaica?
Yes, we do, we do pick-ups at all cruise ship ports in Jamaica: Ocho Rios, Falmouth, Montego Bay and Kingston – Port Royal.
